Persistent pushy salesmen does not a good advert make. Especially when you annoy a prolific blogger such as Ste Curran who co-authors a blog that Google loves.

There are so many good things about Xbox. But what they’ve really got right is when stuff goes wrong. If it breaks, they’ll fix it and they’ll help you as best they can. They’re reasonable and friendly. The ‘red ring of doom’ issue could have been a real problem for them but they held their hands up and replaced all the problem consoles free of charge (including mine).

However, this automated IM ‘Ask Xbox’ is wicked smart. And friendly for a robot.

It breaks down when you try and ask it anything unusual. It also doesn’t like tea apparently.
